If someone has already posted on a similar topic I just try to add a different slant to the topic. For example, Sarah in NZ wanted to know quick and easy ways to find images so when I read Hey Jude's post that gave tips I added an extra dimension to the topic. You might want to read Librarian Matters post on blog fodder - may give you some strategies that will help. Too many aspiring leaders believe that you can bluff the walk: unfortunately they underestimate the natural built in "BS meter" that most people have. It's no good trying to role model a belief that you don't aspire/adhere to. Few will follow insincerity with any sincerity.
