If someone has already posted on a similar topic I just try to add a different slant to the topic. For example, Sarah in NZ wanted to know quick and easy ways to find images so when I read Hey Jude's post that gave tips I added an extra dimension to the topic. You might want to read Librarian Matters post on blog fodder - may give you some strategies that will help.
